Our Pillers

Our Pillers

Intellectual Growth & Personal Development

Moral responsibility and intrinsic values are the infrastructures to achieving truly sustainable growth. Living in a modern society that is undergoing transition is both exciting and challenging.

Today, many of the issues facing nations and societies are the result of social values generated from science, technology and market economy values which weaken moral motivation and marginalize human intrinsic values. The first pillar at talga, intellectual growth and personal development, will turn the spotlight on moral revival and building cultures of intrinsic values, empathy, and willingness to intellectually grow.

Social Development

Social Development is only sustainable through informed and responsible participation where citizens are active participants in their own societies. In talga’s internal community, we foster a sense of proactive accountability and want to implement our values of collective cooperation externally:
We aspire to see more individuals move away from being mere consumers to producers, become less exclusive to more inclusive, focus less on materialism and more on intrinsic values.

We believe that investing in people and most prominently the youth, the leaders of the future, is key towards achieving development goals and agendas, hence, we are dedicated through our community programs to increasing youth support and encouraging them to become visionary leaders with moral responsibility towards their communities and societies.

Economic Diversification

Diversifying economies is the direction of all economies worldwide. This requires creating new industries within countries. Talga has a unique approach to achieving socioeconomic development “The Socio-economic Development Strategy for the 21st Century” which focuses on building the new foundation to what we call the creative and idea-based economy of the conceptual age. We are dedicated to maximize opportunities and effectively apply and teach our strategy through:

  1. Investing in the untouched and underserved industries by identifying/creating niche markets and beautifying local and regional products and services.
  2. Regionalizing and internationalizing local products/services.
  3. Developing the creative aptitudes of our next generation and harnessing their talents.
